What started as a passion for real estate and helping homeowners has grown into a full-service investment firm with a diverse portfolio of property flips, rentals, and new developments across the region.
At Southern Properties United, our mission is to provide real solutions for homeowners facing financial challenges—helping them relieve burdens, preserve their equity, and find a fresh start. Paul “Beaux” Boudreaux

Paul ‘Beaux’ Boudreaux is the Founder and CEO of Southern Properties United, LLC, a Mississippi-based real estate investment firm dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and building long-term value through smart, strategic acquisitions.
What began as a passion for real estate and hands-on renovation has evolved into a fast-growing company that buys, renovates, and sells properties across Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. Under Paul’s leadership, Southern Properties United has expanded beyond single-family flips into portfolio acquisitions, bulk sales, and partnerships with hedge funds and institutional investors — all while staying true to its roots in community-driven real estate.
Paul believes that every deal should create opportunity — not just profit. By combining an investor’s mindset with a genuine commitment to integrity and local impact, he has built a company known for doing business the right way: with honesty, precision, and care for the people and communities it touches.
Business Manager
Dashia Williams

Originally from South Georgia, Dashia, a true Southern belle, moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2017 and began her career in real estate the following year as a multifamily portfolio manager. In 2021, she joined Southern Properties United as Business Manager, where she now oversees operations and business strategy. Wearing all the hats, she is the driving force that keeps the company running smoothly, bringing both heart and expertise to every aspect of the business.

Jamie Stevens

Jamie brings over 20 years of customer service experience and deep expertise in real estate to Southern Properties United. A former licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Jamie has built a career spanning investor relations, mortgage lending, and business development, specializing in contract negotiations, and driving growth.
She spent 12 years building strong investor partnerships at Auction.com, focusing on foreclosure and trustee sales nationwide, and served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Southeast branches of Citizens Bank. Highly trained in all aspects of real estate transactions, Jamie is dedicated to helping homeowners, investors, and communities succeed.
Disposition Lead Manager
Bethanie Grant

With over 10 years of customer service experience, Bethanie brings strong communication and attention to detail to every transaction. She began her real estate career in 2021 as a licensed agent in Tennessee, specializing in first-time homebuyers and veteran buyers.
Now serving as the Disposition Lead Manager and Transaction Coordinator for the Disposition Team at Southern Properties United, Bethanie oversees each deal from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and partners alike. Since joining the company in January 2025, she has been dedicated to delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Olivia Lee

Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and began building her real estate experience while working for a brokerage in college, gaining hands-on skills in social media management and property marketing. She also has several years of customer service experience, which fuels her passion for connecting with people. As Disposition Lead Manager and Transaction Coordinator, Olivia excels at cultivating strong relationships with partner investors, buyers, and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and successful outcomes.

Randy Jackson

Randy brings decades of experience across real estate, mortgage, and insurance to Southern Properties United. He owned a multi-line insurance agency, owned Southern Investment Properties, LLC, built and sold multi-unit properties, condos, and spec homes. In addition, he owned Magnolia Mortgage Co, LLC and solicited and sold mortgages throughout the 1990s.
Randy was a licensed real estate appraiser from 1998 to 2005, giving him deep expertise in property valuation and market analysis. His greatest strength lies in building strong relationships with sellers and finding creative solutions to their real estate challenges, ensuring everyone benefits from every transaction.

Mercedes is an Acquisitions Lead Manager at Southern Properties United and one of the first points of contact for clients. With over 13 years of customer service experience across multiple industries, she brings strong communication, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. Mercedes is dedicated to helping each homeowner navigate their unique situation with transparency and care, ensuring a smooth and positive selling experience.

Heather is one of the Acquisitions Lead Managers at Southern Properties United and is often one of the first team members clients speak with when considering selling their property. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, Heather brings a deep understanding of people, communication, and care to every interaction. She genuinely enjoys hearing each client’s unique story and helping them take the next step toward their goals. Known for her compassionate and positive approach, Heather finds it both a joy and an honor to be a shining light during what can sometimes feel like a dark or uncertain time. Her goal is to make every client’s experience as smooth and uplifting as possible.
